PowerPod matting

  PowerPod is tough and durable, yet it weighs very little. The materials are virtually impervious to moisture and most chemicals, including oils, hydrochloric acid and caustic soda.

Our years of experience in surf and other outdoor applications has led us to produce a new matting product which is at home in a variety of environments such as hospitals, supermarkets, swimming pools, hotels and restaurants. In industrial situations, the matting is versatile in its ability to provide physical comfort in wet or cold areas or where hygiene is important. Maintenance consists merely of washing or hosing the matting down on a regular basis with warm water and a mild detergent.

PowerPod matting is the definitive anti-slip, anti-fatigue safety matting. It can be supplied in any length and width to suit your particular needs. PowerPod mats can be supplied with 25 mm edging in either black or safety yellow at little extra cost. 

VIP Mat 

VIP Anti-fatigue Safety Mat, available in two types, (1) Black Natural Rubber for general purpose use, (2) Terracotta Nitrile Rubber for oily, greasy environments. Top cushion surface helps prevent breakage of dropped articles; spills pass through holes, eliminating all possibilities of micro-organism growth. Raised rubber nibs on the underside allow for multi-directional drainage and assists with the ant fatigue aspect. Both mat types are finished on all sides with a wide moulded bevelled edge.

Uses:    Most commonly used as a non-slip ant fatigue requirement in hotels, clubs, taverns, hospitals, laundries, swimming pools, saunas, showers, supermarkets, bottlers, breweries, boats and factory work stations.

Link Mats 

Link Mat has been designed with one of the simplest interlocking systems available, moulded with built in connectors on two adjacent sides, designed to securely connect one or more mats in any direction to cover large areas. Manufactured in two types (1) Black Natural Rubber for general purpose use and (2) Terracotta Nitrile Rubber for oily or greasy conditions. Raised rubber nubs on the underside allow for multi-directional drainage and assists with the ant fatigue aspect. Both mat types can be finished on all sides with a clip on moulded bevel safety edge.

Uses: Kitchens bars & restaurants wet areas, machine shops, laundry rooms, factories, warehouses & truck trays.

 Safety Scrap 

Heavy- duty 100% Nitrile Rubber floor mat with cleated top surface providing superior traction and scraping ability. Superb non-skid gripper backing designed to hold mat in place in all environments wet or dry. Easy to clean, just shake, vacuum or rinse out with water 

Uses: Excellent as an entrance mat or can be used on ramp, or in walkways. The Nitrile formulation resists common chemicals and animal fats, making this product also suitable for wet or greasy environments where extra traction is required.

 Tube Tread 

Tube tread is the ideal self-draining, safety matting for all sports and leisure surroundings. With its embossed, slip resistant surface, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal additives, Tube Tread is perfect for bare foot applications. Made from specially formulated strong, flexible PVC with uniquely channelled underbars for increased drainage of large amounts of water. Easily cut to shape and can be installed in minutes without the use of fixing tools.

Uses: Swimming Pool surrounds, Spas, Change rooms etc.

Frontrunner 

Frontrunner`s diamond tread surface literally scrapes dirt away and its open grid design lets the dirt and debris fall through to the floor below. The addition of a highly absorbent Chevron tread inserts dry the soles of shoes providing an effective and complete 'clean & dry' system.

Uses: An effective clean & dry entrance matting system that would enhance any commercial entry whether it be a high rise city Office Tower, Hotel, Airport, Hospital, Government Offices, Universities & Schools.
